I would “argue” otherwise…
It is impossible to defeat an ignorant man in argument.

All I have to say is wow. With a B.S. in biology and an artistic inclination, this exhibit in “Bodies the Exhibition” is beyond description. Body systems broken down to their bare components, better than any textbook could ever hope to represent with diagrams or schematics. With such artistic respect and careful preservation, it makes cremation and burial seem like a waste.
“‘Milton was right’ said my Teacher. ‘The choice of every lost soul can be expressed in the words “Better to reign in Hell than serve in Heaven.” There is always something they insist on keeping even at the price of misery. There is always something they prefer to joy - that is to reality.’”
From The Great Divorce - C.S. Lewis
Live in the world as if only God and your soul were in it; then your heart will never be made captive by any earthly thing.
- Saint John of the Cross
A cliche expression, but still very true. It feels like being reunited with my long lost blog. I think I have extra time to devote to my site right now, but I’m sure that’s not true. There is undoubtedly something I am forgetting or pushing out of my consciousness right now which should be done instead. Better go find out what…
Be assured that if you knew all, you would pardon all.

I recently joined MySpace after years of actively criticism towards the trendy friendship networking. What changed you might ask? Was it me or them? Honestly, it was my change of heart, not towards MySpace, but with regards to the way I love people. In order to love people and relate to them, you have to know what’s happening in their lives. I am still greatly opposed to many of the advertisements and the pop culture attitude which radiates from the site. However, since so many people I know use MySpace to post current information about themselves, I have found it may be one of the best alternative for keeping track of many long distance relationships
We flew from righteous discipline and yet, deep down, our souls long for order and understanding.
A bore is a man who deprives you of solitude without providing you with company.
- Gian Vincenzo Gravina
“At the very least, they can be persuaded that the bodily position makes no difference to their prayers; for they constantly forget, what you must always remember, that they are animals and that whatever their bodies do affects their souls. It is funny how mortals always picture us as putting things into their minds: in reality our best work is done by keeping things out.” - Screwtape (Demon)
